Basic Package: $100-$150 (3D logo rotating, simple 3D logos)

Premium Package: $200-$400 (3D logo with effects and animations, simple products)

How does it work?

Simply connect your device to the HOLOFAN via WiFi, and upload videos/photos directly from your phone using our app. You can upload videos/images directly from your phone's camera roll, choose from hundreds of videos from our 3D content library.

Can I upload my own videos/photos?

Yes! You can upload videos and photos directly from your device's photo album.

What type of files can be uploaded?

The HOLOFAN accepts all standard file formats such as MP4, MOV, GIF, JPEG, and PNG. We recommend MP4.

Does it have sound?

While the HOLOFAN itself does not have a built-in speaker, you can connect it to a nearby speaker wirelessly via Bluetooth for audio.

How loud are the fans?

Since it is a spinning fan, it does produce some noise, though it's rarely noticeable in spaces with ambient sound. If noise is a concern, our acrylic round covers reduce the noise level by 95% — quiet even in an empty room.

How long can the videos be?

There are no limits to video length when using our PC software — you can play an entire episode or film on the HOLOFAN. Very large files may cause the mobile app to crash, so we recommend the PC software for long videos.

What devices is it compatible with?

iPhone, Android, and Windows PC/laptops.

How do I upload videos or images?

You can upload videos and images using our iOS/Android app, or our PC software.

Where can I get 3D content for the HOLOFAN?

A link to our 3D content library is available via the QR code in your instruction manual. Scan it while logged in with the email you used for your order.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the shipping speed you choose at checkout — about 1–4 business days within the U.S. and 2–7 business days for international shipments. Orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Can you only display the animations you provide?

No. You can also upload your own videos and images directly from your phone's camera roll — you're not limited to our animations.

What's the difference between cover and no cover?

With cover: better protection and almost no fan noise. Without cover: a stronger floating 'mid-air' holographic effect, with some noise from the fan.

Can you display anything?

Yes! You can display anything you want — videos and images of real people included. Think of it as a holographic TV in the physical world, without the screen.

Where is the app?

The app is available to our customers via the QR code in the instruction manual. If you've lost the manual, email support@holofanco.com for a download link.

To create the 3D holographic effect, simply upload any 3D animation with a black or green background into our app.

Does it need to be completely dark for holographic effect?

No, it does not need to be completely dark. The effect simply looks even better in the dark.
